DO I NEED A PRESCRIPTION FOR AN INFUSION OR AN INJECTION?

No!  We will take care of everything for you prior to your appointment.  All of our protocols are developed by pharmacies and approved by our Medical Director.

HOW SOON CAN I GET AN INFUSION?

You can book immediately, and often times we can accommodate same day appointments!   Call/text 574-876-9172 to schedule!  We are like Jimmy John's, "freaky fast!"  :) 

HOW LONG DOES AN INFUSION TAKE?

Your session will typically last around 45-60 minutes.  High dose Vitamin C typically takes 60 min and NAD+ is an 120 min infusion.  Perfect over your lunch hour or while you are watching your favorite Netflix series!

AM I ABLE TO SCHEDULE AN INFUSION IN ADVANCE?

Absolutely!  We can usually accommodate same day appointments, and you may also schedule weeks or months in advance.  In fact, we love appointments that are scheduled in advance!  Just let us know when and where and we will be there!  "You pick the DRIP, we'll make the TRIP!"

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GET AN  INFUSION?

The frequency of infusions would depend on what you are seeking treatment for.  We have clients that utilize IV therapy for their wellness needs, but also clients who have specific conditions or diseases.  We will be happy to make a recommendation based on your needs and condition. 

CAN TEENAGERS GET AN INFUSION?

You must have parental consent if you are under the age of 18.  Teens may fear needles or IV's, but thankfully our staff is highly trained and usually get the client on the first stick.  Having a highly skilled team who are proficient in IV starts and have excellent communication skills will help your teen feel more at ease and relaxed.  We will take excellent care of them!

WHERE DO YOU ORDER YOUR VITAMINS, MEDICATIONS, AND SUPPLIES FROM?

We purchase our vitamins and medications from the same manufacturers and pharmacies as hospitals and infusion centers do.   Most of them come from Olympia Pharmaceuticals.

WHAT HOURS ARE YOU AVAILABLE FOR INFUSIONS?

We are available 24 hrs. a day, 7 days a week.  We consider appointments between the hours of 10pm - 7am "night shift" and we charge an additional fee of $40 for appointments during those hours.  

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL IN LESS THAN TWO HOURS OF MY APPOINTMENT TIME? 

We totally understand emergencies arise and things happen.  If you need to cancel prior to two hours notice of your appointment time, you will be assessed a $40 fee. 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and all HSA/FSA cards.  Venmo accepted also. 

SHOULD I TIP MY IV NURSE?

Although it is not required, it is common to tip your IV nurse for their services. A standard tip is 15-20% of the total cost of the IV therapy session. We take pride in serving our clients well, so if you had a GREAT infusion experience your tip is much appreciated!
